I bought a pre-owned Bronco through this dealership, and I can’t say enough about how well I was treated and the excellent all-around customer service.nnI first found the vehicle I wanted on Marketplace, used the link, and left a message through their chat option. Jaren responded right away and did a wonderful job answering my questions while guiding me through the entire process.nnWhen we came back for a second test drive, we knew it was perfect for me! Jaren was outstanding in accommodating my schedule, reassuring me about the warranty, and thoroughly explaining all the features so I could feel confident with the vehicle - super friendly and knowledgeable!nnJoven was also fantastic - he took care of all the paperwork to set up auto payments and made everything so easy! The manager, Kevin, was equally welcoming and approved a great deal. Everyone did a great job and I’m very happy with my purchase. I feel like they’ve made a customer for life. Well done - I highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and very family friendly!! Our family of 5 LOVES  our new 2025 KIA CARNIVAL SX+ HEV. It’s super roomy and has a ton of really nice features! My husband wasn’t on board for a minivan, but saw the carnival and felt it resembled a suv more than a “typical” minivan. Just wish it had AWD… but otherwise couldn’t be happier with our new family vehicle!

I'm not an easy customer. The two sales people I worked with were very accommodating and polite. It's been years since I bought a new/used car. The experience of dealing with everyone at Kia in Kelowna was excellent. Buying and driveing my new car makes me feel sixteen again. Big Thanks!

We recently bought an SUV and Lyndon helped us through the process. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions easily, and had a friendly, professional approach. He also helped us get a fair trade-in offer, which made a big difference. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience working with him—ask for Lyndon!nnJR from financing was also amazing. He made sure everything was clear, to the point, and tailored to suit our needs in the most beneficial way. The store manager was equally helpful and made sure the whole experience went smoothly from start to finish. Great team all around!

We met Lyndon when we first started looking for our families next vehicle, we knew we needed a vehicle in the near future but we weren’t in a rush. Lyndon presented a series of different style suvs new and used to us but we were in the hunt for the perfect SUV for our families needs. I’m sure he was starting to get sick of dealing with us. Then, Lyndon found the one, the one that stood out from all the rest,  our families unicorn. We started the purchasing process with Lyndon, Mike, JR and the team at Kelowna Kia. It was a great experience and they followed through with everything we asked.  It was a pleasure with get to know the team and very happy with our purchase.nI think they might have turned me into a Kia customer for ever. Thanks guys.
