National on 10th

The whole service here is a 10/10nThere was no wait, despite the volume of people at the place.nThe attendant was very polite and efficient, asked our shoe sizes, and gave us.nDirected us to the aisle where we would be playing.nThe arena was super neat, the game was fun, we were given water and asked if we needed any more stuff.nThe atmosphere was super chill, great music, and great service.nI highly recommend.

So many yummy options! Came here on a Friday in March with four of my friends. We split a bunch of food which was SO good. Not all of it is even pictured here. It was delicious, drinks were great and then we went bowling afterwards downstairs. There was no wait, calm quiet atmosphere as well. The music in the bowling alley was BUMPIN

We were a group of 10 that showed up late to our reso for a buddies bday. The girls at the front, Emily and Reanna, were truly so incredible - they shifted a bunch of stuff around to find a way to make everyone’s experience so good. Rarely write reviews, but these two ladies deserve a shout out for their quick thinking and problem solving! Thank you!

Awesome place to go with friends! we enjoyed bowling, delicious drinks, a few food items and great service! Definitely recommend especially if going on a slower night like we did!

This place completely lost my respect because of one staff member, Nadia. I have never dealt with someone this rude in any club. She blocked me from entering for absolutely NO reason and talked to me with an attitude like she owned the place. Her behavior was straight-up unprofessional, disrespectful, and totally out of line for someone working the door.nI did NOTHING wrong. I wasn't causing problems.nYet she spoke to me like I was some kind of issue, and her attitude is what got me banned from the only spot l actually enjoy. One person's power trip shouldn't ruin someone's night, but that's exactly what she did.nIf management cares at all about this place, they need to take a serious look at who they're putting at the front door, because Nadia's behavior is out of control and completely unacceptable.nnThanks for responding. I understand bans are reviewed by upper management, but the issue wasn’t the ban — it was the way your staff member treated me at the door.nHer attitude and disrespect is what caused the entire situation in the first place.nnI’ll reach out to Alyssa, but I hope management actually takes a look at how customers are being spoken to at the front door, because the way I was treated was totally unprofessional and unnecessary.
