Anju

I’ve been to Anju’s a lot of times and I recommend going here for brunch. The dinner tends to be a little more expensive than the brunch options and I personally enjoyed the brunch more regardless. The stone bowls are super tasty! In the summer, the patio is a great place to sit. The overall ambiance is great in general. 5/5 would go again.

Anju is fantastic food, the servers are friendly and attentive to your needs. The dishes are designed around sharing a large group is better. Our group of 8 ordered 9 main dishes and 3 deserts. They adjusted all the dishes to make sure enough came for everyone to try it. Dishes were served 2-3 at a time as to not overwhelm the table starting with the smaller tasting dishes finishing with the large more filling dishes which worked out perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant I has to be in my top 5 of Calgary dinning experiences.

Tried it for first time and it was a nice surprise! We tried a few dishes including hot stone rice bowl for lunch and they were great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable.

This is a wonderful place to visit for special occasions! Their offerings are very unique and are served in a "Tapas" style intended for sharing. Excellent draught beer options (two beers available from my favorite Calgary brewpub "Last Best Brewing") as well as wonderful cocktails not found elsewhere. Expect a slight delay between ordering and when food starts coming out, but pacing is great once the dishes start to arrive. Excellent staff that are knowledgeable about the food and willing to help new visitors plan their meal if not familiar.

Anju is the BEST restaurant ever. Great service and everything you order tastes incredible. Brussel sprouts, oxtail tortellini, and crispy tofu are to die for. We’ve never been disappointed and it’s our go-to spot!
