Once seated the service and food were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their lunch and the atmosphere of the restaurant. The table really liked the chips and guacamole.
The vegetarian tacos were delicious. Will definitely plan to go back.
My only suggestion: if the policy is to not seat people until the entire party arrive, at least offer seats( and drinks) at the bar if there is room.

Went here with my family when we were visiting Calgary and had a great experience here. All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My sister and I are both vegan and they were able to modify menu items to suit our needs. All the food was incredible and came out very quickly. I would definitely eat here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone in the Calgary area!

Really tasty food and pretty authentic. I have been for both brunch and dinner and both were good. I had fried chicken and donuts for brunch and it was great and guacamole and shared the big steak taco tray for dinner. They will bring out extra chips and tacos if you run out and we definitely needed extra tacos. The portion sizes are a little small but the food is very tasty. For three people the guacamole, shared tacos and another appetizer were just enough food.

Really nice place, I am not a fan of a few of their policies! They won't seat a group till the whole party is there, and they won't split the bill! We were there with a party of seven and they made us all figure out how much we were going to pay individually, I had to get my calculator and figure out what I got and figure out my portion of the tax!? The service was great and they were great about allergies. The food was excellent, the one problem I had was that I had never seen tacos that small! Not authentic to Mexico at all. The bathrooms were a little dingy as well.

I was excited to try this place as the reviews are great and I love authentic Mexican cuisine. I got there early to put our names down and the wait wasn’t too bad (it was a busy Friday night)! I told both the hostess and our server that it was my friend’s Birthday, and neither acknowledged it. I don’t expect anything, but at least saying something would have been appreciated (I come from both the food and beverage and hospitality industry). Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive, however the menu was hard to read and there wasn’t much selection. My friends and I decided on a shareable dish, and for $30 we barely got two wraps with chicken each; it was mostly salad. The guacamole needs a lot more chips, and the margaritas were mostly ice. When my friend got her second cocktail it looked the same as my first one; the liquid was about half of the glass and it was all ice. The atmosphere was fun but very busy and very loud music; we could barely hear each other talking. When I left I had spent $80 and was still hungry. I think you can do better for your hard earned money.
