Perfectly aged and refined in concept, ONE18 EMPIRE is a whiskey inspired bar and restaurant with a strong focus on shareable, locally inspired cuisine, masterfully paired with our select onsite reserve. ONE18 EMPIRE fosters a communal atmosphere for its guests through an array of chef-created dishes designed for sampling and sharing in a unique and spirited local setting. The staff are super friendly from the moment you step through the door. They are so knowledgeable and helped with with everything. Even down to picking the perfect whiskey to compliment my dinner. Great place and will be recommending to everyone I speak too.

We went out for a nice dinner but I wasn't overly enthusiastic about this place. The wings were overcooked and tiny. The service was slow. My beer was flat. We had a lovely view of a homeless couple rolling drugs while we ate. We wanted a quiet, romantic spot to celebrate our engagement and what we got was not the revìews we read.

We just had dinner at this restaurant. My wife steak which she had asked for medium too well done, we just had dinner at this restaurant. My wife steak which she had asked for medium to Well done came out cold. The manager came over an apologized, and said they could cook a new one right away. He offered my wife a glass of wine ( which we assumed would be complementary) as I had to eat alone as the we’re making a new steak, turned out not to be complementary and was charged on the bill. They brought out a new steak after I had finnished my meal. It was hot this time, but was rare, and not medium to well as we had asked for. She ate half anyway as she was hungry. When the waiter came to take it away, I showed him how raw it was and he said he would tell the kitchen. They said they would bring some fries for myself while my wife eat her meal. They brought no fries! They then charged us full price of $100 for a terrible meal.

Amazing evening! Had their rib-eye and it was tender and full of flavour. The mashed-potatos with duck fat was a great side to the steak and whiskey. They boast an impressive whiskey menu, they even have a tablet with their full range of whiskies (over 180). Our server Antonio was very knowledgeable and had plenty of personality despite it being a busy evening for him. He guided members of our table who did not have much experience with whiskey towards items they might enjoy. My mother had a splendid time for her birthday. Thanks Antonio, and thanks ONE18 Empire!

Went for brunch and it was good! The steak and cheese omelette was stuffed with mushrooms and cheese 😍 it was too expensive though. Also hard to find parking. Service was good!
