A very nice place to deal with and people call you by name which makes you feel like small town service!

I cant believe the lousy service I received the last time I was there, not one of the tellers had any ambition to help me. I waited 5 minutes at the front of the counter until the teller finally put down her coffee and finally acknowledge me. I find that no one is ever accountable that works there, everyone seems to be passing the buck ie; (sorry that's not our department), or (you might want to speak to "'so and so") etc... The National bank should show more compassion, and appreciation to their customers.

I banked for 12 Years with national bank..drove almost 30 mins to their locations....and what happened was I had a check for $5000 from a remax they didn't trust me and put the cheque on hold When I was in need of money ...so from today I'm changing my bank
