This location is very tidy, orderly and courteous. Every time I visit, I know I will have all my concerns and questions answered in a timely fashion. Their staff are both knowledgeable and humble. When I asked a question they didn't have an answer for, they went above and beyond my expectations, and actually printed reading materials for me to review with them. It was like having a financial mentor at no additional cost! Thank you Bank of Montreal (1900 Eglington Ave E) !

Ever since the branch that located at Pharmacy and St. Clair closed, it has been a freaking disaster. Suddenly everyone must travel to the one here, and if you thought the lines were slow then, well look at them now. Even worse. Honestly, it is such an inconvenience to travel even farther just to do my banking. But I believe that ones that are impacted the most are the elders. I can say that the demographic of clients going to the branch at Pharmacy and St. Clair were elders. They would mostly walk here because they lived nearby, but to have to take a car now, it was an incredibly stupid choice to close the branch at Pharmacy and St. Clair. I believe there were three or four staff members from this branch that transferred to this branch, and I feel incredibly sorry for them. Just by watching them, I can tell that the other staff don't want them there. They seem very unwelcoming, which angers me so much for someone who has had a bank account with BMO for over 10 years now. I don't see the point in travelling so far, so what's the point? This may seem a bit melodramatic, but there are actually other customers that feel the same way. Suddenly, at this branch, I cannot do the same banking as I did before. I plan on closing my account at BMO.

Always slow. When there is a huge line people go on break. I just don't understand. Get more staff on.
