I have always had a positive experience at this branch. It's never really busy! The staff always say hello and smile. Thanks Antonio for setting up an RESP and explaining everything in detail.

Not busy and some tellers are nice but the back-room professionals (three of whom I met) are aggressive and very ill mannered. Also, this branch closed my friend's account without least explanation; she went to the central branch and found that they did so "by mistake." Perhaps the responsible gentleman should resign "by mistake."

Excellent service.  Not that much busy.  Time savings. Very cooperative and experienced staff. All facilities of banking available. I like this branch.

The employees are extremely friendly but professionals at the same time!! Great experience in this bank all the time that I'm there.
