CIBC Branch & ATM

I went into this branch yesterday for the first time. My local branch has closed. They are extremely friendly and most helpful making suggestions on how I could rectify my banking problems. This is definitely going to be my new branch! I ring the bell on performance and client service! Five stars!

Slow service, but appears to be due to the clientele that use this branch (elderly, unprepared, or immigrants that are challenged with communication). Financial advisor is out right terrible, from knowledge to customer service. Looks like this is the branch where demoted staff are sent.

Worst customer service ever! Staff takes lot of time to proceed with things. It's crazy... I waited for 30minutes.. It really sucks... They need to hire more faster staff members..😒

Greatest CIBC Scarborough has ever seen. I was having bad bad bad stomach pains (i.e need to really go). I sat through a half hour meeting already and was ready to die. I needed somewhere clean and comfy to do my business. By God's grace this beautiful CIBC let me in and actually welcomed me with open arms to the staff bathroom as they don't have a public one. I guess they could see the sweat and veins on my forehead and the fact that I stormed in there demanding to use the bathroom. It was meticulous and spotless. I did my business and ended it with the walk of shame as they actually had someone waiting for me to guide me out of the staff area. 10/10 would recommend. They saved my life.
