RBC Royal Bank

To deposit a cheque, I have had to wait for nearly 40 min around 11 -12 am with a recovering knee after operation. I was forced to move to this branch because the Lawrence/Pharmacy branch closed a few months ago, but they had exceptional service. I am sure this branch will close soon because customers like me will move their accounts. No accountability for big mistakes either. Pathetic

Worst customer experience ever. Line is over 30 people and only 3 tellers while account executives and host rest comfortably

They need to hire new young workers , all of the current old employees have no respect for customer time , taking all their time , its ridiculous

Waste my time. Told me that I can't pay college fees without the bank account number when all they need is the name of the college I'm paying and my student number as an account number.

last month, i went to this branch and its really nice in there. I was there for the first time with my 4 year old child to get one post dated cheque i said three times repeatedly. The man was nice overall. Another employee, beside the teller who had a customer in front of her, started picking on me because my daughter was sitting at a desk cubicle that no one was using. The computer was locked as what the teller told me first hand and told me not to worry because she cant log in. i said ok. so i waited for the teller to go get the cheque and the other female employee was saying that my child could be click on anything i told her its locked, she doesnt work here and she cant log in, shes not doing anything, my anxiety was rolling in when she was trying to put me on the spotlight like im a criminal when im not. i was waiting to get my cheque and my daughter wasn't making noise or anything, kids are kids, she didn't pull a plug. I didnt start anything or said anything wrong to this employee, i don't even know her at all. She shouldn't be picking no other customer when shes servicing a customer infront of her. Where is her professionalism?
