TD Canada Trust

Honestly I will give them two star only and only cause of their good customer service. However, it has been two times that I came to this TD branch and their employees have zero knowledge of the products. I wasn't satisfied with their description, analysis and updating me with the product I needed. While, I went to other branch and they made it like piece of cake. No issue with customer service. If you are looking to deposit and withdraw money go to this site other than that not recommending it.

Don't recommend this branch for business deposit. It is always way sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow. Usually the branch at St. Clair and O'connor use only less than 10 minutes to deposit different corporations 10-20 cheques, while this branch can only deposit one cheque for one corporation, or even longer : ( Hope you guys can improve in the future.

I got 2 *$50 USD from my customer ,I took them to this branch by walked In and got changed as Canadian... Then I want to be correct person so I called to the branche's Manager and told her about those notes may be fake so return me if this fake ..she said yes amd next day she gave me a phone call ,and told me those are fake . Okey ..... She deducted my money from my account by using my phone number and told me can not get those fake USA dollars will go around , if they give me back ..... So Hello Reviwers !!! Do you think that I will take those note again to change !!! Never because i want to e nice that why I let bank knew about those bills . If I should not call them , they can not find who gave the bills ... Haha see here ,,,, My questions to the TD give me USD back or cover those money by the BANK money !!! Doesn't mater to the TD that my fake not will go around again or sleep or walk or burn or sitting on poker forever !!!! Just give my USD or accept it Ex: we buy some think at some store then if we let store know , Hey !! your product is no good we need money back and we won't give the product back because you are willing to sell again this product to another customer Don't worry the store will return to that product to the vendor who made those bad product , just return it !!! Come on TD !!!

Staff should know what services TD offer to their customers. I went there for a notary service and they said we are a bank. I found out online that TD has recently stop providing this service to their customers.
