This bank statement took a long time to process. It took weeks for me to get my bank statement plus the one for my savings account wasn't processed which caused the delay. However, big shout out to the manager, Paul. He showed empathy, and went above and beyond.nnPrevious Review:nnRequested a bank statement. They told me to wait 2 to 3 days. I called back after 3 days. Request was still pending..they promised an update no one called back. Called in a 3rd time still pending and was told to wait some more. I don't want to waste their time and my time, but come on they set expectations.

I visited the branch on June 5th and was assisted by a teller named Zaru. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite having deposited my paychecks at this bank consistently every two weeks for the past seven months without issue, I was informed today—without a clear or valid explanation—that a hold would be placed on my funds.nnWhat made the situation worse was the teller’s dismissive and unprofessional attitude. Rather than offering clarity or assistance, her demeanor came off as rude and unhelpful. I’ve never encountered this problem at other branches, where the service is noticeably more respectful and efficient.nnIf you’re seeking smooth, respectful, and hassle-free banking without unnecessary obstacles or upselling, I strongly suggest avoiding this particular branch—or at the very least, avoid interacting with this specific teller

Overall, you should try to avoid this branch, I don’t know what it is maybe poorly funded but try to stay away. The manager is unprofessional, rude and not willing to help at all. Strange atmosphere to be honest. This branch used be good before the current manager. They should look into the management because the rest are okay to be honest.

Paul, the manager, is a wonderful person who is understanding and helpful, always doing his best to assist customers in finding the right answers and services. I have had some negative experiences with other TD Bank employees, but I must commend Paul for his excellent work at this branch.

I had my appointment with Jaspreet. He was kind, very professional, easy to talk to, and extremely helpful. He did his best to resolve my issues. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much Jaspreet.
