Have accounts at multiple banks but Roche at this branch is the reason why I love TD. He's knowledgeable, professional and goes the extra mile to not only manage your money but also educate you on the options available to you.

I went to Help and advice booth, the Indian lady looked at me with disgust, as If i put a burden on her asking wire transfer on Saturday or whatever reason she knows better ! Then an inexperienced young man took me inside and didn't know how to do wire transfer exactly. Then I walked out.

Banking here since 2007. My Go-To place for everyday banking. Definitely one of the best banks in Canada although the service at this location isn't the best. Other TD Banks provide much better customer service. Also the vestibule smells of the homeless. They need to hunt and remove the homeless from the area because the overall smell of the place is taking a terrible hit.

The customer Service offered by Mrs.Kamal is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. i am impressed with the care and concern.
