TD Canada Trust

Hoooooly this is the worst TD I’ve ever been to. I went to get a draft from here for $8000 cause I was in a rush. The girl I was dealing with naznene was pretty rude and quite moody.. told me not to do things last minute in a very condescending manner. I guess she was having a bad day.. still not the way to deal with customers. Oh well. This is why I bank with RBC.

The Branch is accessible for Ontarians with Disabilities - per AODA. The Branch is wheechair accessible with its own customer service counter and, designated parking spaces. The Branch has mobile mortgage specialists that will visit homes to discuss that perfect mortage package.

The staff I've encountered are very nice. But I didn't get the feeling that the financial advisors were top-level experts. The drive thru bank machine is convenient, but has been out of service a couple times I've been there. Free parking. I've never had an issue nabbing a spot even during the busy times.
