Worst location not to say any of bmo locations are great. They always have a huge line with 2 people working and people in the office doing nothing to shorten it. Can’t wait to leave

Its a first experience when I walk into branch they setup all the couch in the middle and there is no Line for customer to start or proper guideline that Line Start here. When I reach the counter, associste asked me " Is this is your card" I  replied absolutely. May be he is new or showing extra security measure.

Terrible service. Standing in line for 40 mins now and the line hasn't moved. Four employes  behind the desk just standing starring at customers  . The worst bmo i have ever been to!

This has to be the worst banking experience I have ever had in 61 years.  If I could,  I would not even give them 1 star!!!
