Great spot to use as a base to visit the Acadia national park! If your lucky enough or plan in advance you can get a spot with a beautiful view of the water. Bathrooms looked very nice a have a nice camping atmosphere. Not some built in shower with bad finishing but a nicely and well built bathroom. Personnel could have been a bit more friendly.

Lovely campground with very friendly and patient staff. Cleanest bathroom on our trip so far. It does cost money for showering, a dollar for five minutes. Make sure you don't drop your change, it'll will go through the floor. They have water front camp sites, but reserve ahead of time because they were all taken. I would definitely come back here.

Outstanding campground. We were lucky enough to get one of the furthest back sites where neighbors were not even visible. Additionally, there was a beautiful steep hill behind the site. The sites by the water looked nice too, although they were all taken when we arrived. Staff was very friendly. Would absolutely stay in this campground again - it is much nicer than the park service campgrounds.

The facilities are really well kept. The front office staff are incredibly helpful. The guests were courteous and the campsites are nicely space that we felt like we had so much privacy. (Cold showers are free, hot showers costs 4 quarters, firewood & ice available for purchase at clubhouse)

Have been camping here for over 20 years and the pristine grounds, well taken care of tent sites, friendly staff and stunning waterfront property has remained the same. Bathrooms are super clean, handicap accessible. Tons of fun crabbing on the water. Will come back for another 20!
