After buying over 200 dollers of items you won’t get any bag to carry them! I understand you are trying to serve the environment by getting rid of your plastic bag but u must should have an alternative for carrying your overpriced expensive goods specifically when there are more then 2 along with a show box. The jogger that I bought fall down from my hand on my way home. This is a bit too much.
I bought a north face jacket a week ago from this branch , a lot of fleece came out from the wrist bc of the flaw and the employee or the manager perhaps; she goes it’s normal nothing we can do about it , get in contact with north face. When I first bought this , they said first 30 days I can return it if any problem comes up.
The customer service is non existent. 4 store guys hanging out at the back in the mens section talking about college and how is the party scene. 3 girls in the front talking about random non work related stuff in the front by the cash. These are the people sport chek hired. Meanwhile, 4 people are waiting in line to pay and only one cashier. Pink hair store girl passes by looks everyone in line, in the eye proceeds to write some thing on her hand and join the girls talking about randomness. Not one person in the group decides to help. At this point they should make to store self serve cause the customers are doing everything by themselves anyways ... find shoe sizes, dealing with attitude when asking for sizes for shoes that are kept in the back, not finding sizes in clothing etc etc. I wasnt 2022 enough to be helped. I had an awesome coupon that i could only use in the store that had me go in but seems like it's just gonna be online from here on if I choose to shop with sport chek.
Extremely bad wait time. Only one employee at the checkout and no other staff in the store ready to help ease the congestion. Need better management. Edit: once I got the counter David was extremely helpful and sort everything out. Apologized for the wait time and asked all the right post purchase questions. Would definitely consider coming back but may get deterred if I see the same lineup again.
Had a wonderful experience here! Got alot of helpful advice and support with my purchase. The associate fahim was very kind and patient with me and helped me find the shoes I was looking for
Need better customer service. Felt like they were bothered by us shopping there. Cashier was rude and had an attitude. She was annoyed throughout the whole process.
I can believe that a few meters LCBO have more consideration on bikers by parking bike instead of this sports store. Moreover, lack of personal make slower to buy. Please, consider to have a bike parking.

Doesn't offer all the products listed online and which other outlets provide. And some item are shown as out of stock online, and when you visit the store, they have it. Everest 82 is not available at this outlet as well.
