Town Shoes

This store is split up into two sections; the regular shoe section and the outlet section. The staff are really helpful! I was helped by a sales associate Krizella & she knows exactly what shoes you're looking for from shoe style types to different occasions. I recommend calling the store and see if she's working before shopping at this location!

I never write reviews but I had to for one person! I think her name is Faiza. She was amazing. After going into the store and finally finding a shoe I liked for my wedding in 5 weeks, the teenage girl working that night was not helpful whatsoever. We could see that my size was in stock but she just told me she couldn't find it and she seemed really unsure. I decided I would need to come back and try again with someone else. I do so a couple days later and met Faiza. The shoe I wanted wasn't even on the floor anymore. She instantly knew what I wanted and went to the back digging for 5 mins. She came back empty handed, said she found every size except mine so she checked the computer and there was still one left. She then brings out the small ladder and goes climbing up into storage above the displays and FINDS IT!! she even showed me other similar designs from the back for me to consider. I could have kissed her! She saved me having to order online from the US and paying double as the shoes were an additional 30% off the already 40% off!

One of the worst customer services. When I went to price match for my shoes that I found it for cheaper at another store they denied to price match and started arguing with us saying they couldn’t price match and started laughing worst employees I’ve ever seen. AVOID this store as they will treat you bad

Worst experience. The manager is a very annoying guy. He will never take a return. I bought a shoes for my gf and came for return the next day. The manager was at the reception. He will never take the return. He was making lame excuses. He keep tellong it is worn and he took a shoes from the store to compare the sole. It was on the same condition. I showed him see. It looks same. He kept on beating around the bush as he cannot take return and all. First of all i got the shoes in the same condition. Worst place and worst customer service.
