Our server for the night was Isabel and she was attentive, polite, cheerful and helpful. She made our experience even more pleasant. The spinach and artichoke dip was smooth and delicious. Portobello Mushroom Chicken was abundant and flavourful. The Steak Sandwich packed a lot of flavour and the bread was soft. We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and they had a kind gesture with us. We will be definitely coming back!
Kingston Location February 11th, around 6:30PM. Amazing customer service and food, what a spectacular experience! Our waitress Taylor, was the kindest waitress we have ever had by far! She was efficient, quick, funny, and went above her job description in being VERY kind to us. She mentioned they were short staffed when I said I couldn't believe how much everyone was running around, and you would have never known it by how friendly the staff was and how quickly things were moving! We had the sweet chili chicken bites to start, and I had the seafood sirloin - phenomenal! Drink was the Peach Blossom No dessert photo, but we had the cookie, it was also great! We had a gift card and were told on arrival of the waitress seeing the card, that they are not accepting it because the company was bought out, so to fix this problem they credited our gift card to one of their new cards and there was no issues at all during bill payment! Thank you Taylor for your amazing customer service for two anniversary celebrators! I hope you find a few more charmed aroma rings you like!
The food here was tasty, came out nice and hot and the server was attentive. You really can't ask for more. The portions were also good. It's like a fancier version of Kelsey's and I'm okay with that!Food: 4/5

Amazing food and great atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and kind and gave honest recommendations. Highly recommend this for any birthdays or milestones.
We booked a reservation so I cant say alot about getting a seat as a walk in if it was a busier night, but it was a little slower than we expected although our reservation was for 6pm, so we may have just come a but later than the bulk of the dinner rush. They had their holiday menu available, and I ordered the Braised Lamb Shank, served with seasonal veggies, a trio of mushrooms not entirely sure which mushrooms and forgot to ask, truffle jus and garlic mashed potatoes. The lamb was extremely juicy and tender and fell right off of the bone with out needing a knife, the mashed potatoes were fairly good, although not the best I've had at a restaurant, and the veggies provided a nice bit of crispness to round out the meal. Id say my only complaint about the food was that the beans could've been steamed or cooked a little longer. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and intimate. Will definitely be back again, and I can say I recommend it here.
Delicious garlic parmesan fries and the peach bellini bowl was also amazing. The burger was good, maybe a bit dry for me. Lovely restaurant and great atmosphere, super comfy in the lounge.Food: 5/5
We wanted to go out for a family dinner and asked we could have a booth, which we were given. The manager came and introduced himself and did check ins throughout our time. Our waiter did forget to put in our apps but our mains were quick. I got the ravioli, my husband their surf and terf and our kids had steak and their sides. At the end of my husband's meal there was a slight issue with a hair but the manager swiftly apologized, investigated and told us desserts were on the house as well as that meal. We truly did appreciate all the help and kindness we received we never like being the complainers and can't wait to try in the summer!
Wanted a quick bite before a Concert, Red Beer and Spinach & Artichoke Dip. Bartender was pleasant and happy to serve. Appetizer was Hot and Tasty. Thank You for the quick meal before the show!
Had yummy food, wine and enjoyed my birthday here ! Staffs were so friendly !
