Passing through for a tournament and I was very pleased with this place. Really enjoyed the burgers we had and the selection was top notch. They make it easy to customize to your liking and there is plenty to add or subtract. I do wish there was a crispy chicken option, but thats because I am a big fan of these. I really liked the waffle fries and the pretzel bun was delicious. I can't wait to try this place again and explore more of the options. I really wanted to try the grill cheese bun.
Great food - had 3 different burgers, and all were delicious. Creative recipes. I liked The Main, and La-La Land was just great. Definitely recommend to swap cetchup for one of the dips, like truffle or garlic - they are really good. Decent selection of beers. The waitress was great.
For my first visit to Canada, this was a great introduction! We were all stuffed by the time we left, it was also my first time having poutine and I was very delightfully pleased. Chocolate shake was delicious and the burger was amazing and extremely filling! One burger is honestly enough for two people. Would definitely visit again :
It's a cute little place with a good vibe in Kingston downtown. We dined here and I ordered a cocktail Gin, Grapefruit, Lime and plant-based tacos as I am vegetarian. My husband ordered beer, Korean Fried Chicken, and waffle fries as a side. The cocktail and waffle fries were delicious. The tacos were okay; I found it a little bland. But the portion was more than enough to fill me. My husband said that the Korean Fried Chicken was good, but not great. Overall, I would rate the food as 4/5. Our server was super enthusiastic. I liked her energy and the way she talked. A special shout-out to her I couldn't get a chance to ask for her name.
The food was absolutely delicious. My first time trying Harper’s Burger Bar and I was not disappointed at all! I’ve lived in Kingston for 3 years and always got my burgers from The Works, but now I’m wishing I discovered Harper’s earlier. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich which was also mouth watering delicious! The best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had as well! The service was amazing and our server Laura was fantastic. Creatively accommodating our menu modifications to ensure we enjoyed our meal, plenty of knowledge regarding the menu, very honest, and great conversation. A pleasantly enjoyable experience here. Would definitely recommend!
The Korean chicken sandwich I got was so fresh and delicious! I wanted another right away, if I could have eaten it. The orchard burger was a great balance of meaty and fruity. Classic poutine. Really enjoyed the dill in the coleslaw, made it unique.
We happened to visit this place accidentally and what good luck!! This is an awesome bar in Kingston and has a really good burger and waffle fries. I tried the Orange cream soda for the first time and found it better than the original cream soda. If you are in Kingston, do visit this restaurant.
Great atomsphere & amazing staff! KFC Korean Fried Chicken was spicy and VERY crunchy. The crunch was definitely the best part & sauce was alright. Would recommend to try. Chicken fingers are comparable to Wendy’s but in a very good way! Regular fries didn’t have much flavour/seasoning they are fresh. Gravy is pretty good! Bullseye burger had way too many jalapeños. Patty 6oz and sauce was good! Didn’t feel like egg added to the burger. Waffle fries had great seasoning and really delicious!
This place is absolutely amazing. The staff were great and always would check on us if we need anything, the food is too notch. The burgers are the best, their menu is very interesting and great. They have variety of burgers with different toppings and things. I absolutely enjoyed the burgers and would definitely recommend it. We had the lala land burger, umami and the smokehouse burger. You can also choose your patty, bun and side. It is the absolute best and also the prices are great. Overall an amazing experience
Waffle fries > Regular fries. Okay burgers, long wait for food. Smokehouse burger was alright. Would have preferred the barbecue sauce be better distributed. Umami burger is very messy. A realistic 3.7 stars.
