The most unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Other metro stores are perfectly fine but this one I been told by friends and family the ellesmere metro is unfriendly. I been looking for item and when I asked this white grumpy man his response is “I don’t work for that department” seriously? You work in this grocery store and that’s your response? Even if you don’t know you should least ask your co workers if they know. I had to ask 4 people and the only response was “I don’t know” “I’m new” “somewhere there”. If you’re unhappy working there then why the hell are you still working in customer service job?? Useless.

A food world that lets you pick best quality fresh produce in the city. Metro always has the top quality grocery along with various other items such as meats, seafood and dairy. Apart from this, they have the best bakery products especially cakes from La Rocca and bread from Dempster brands..!

Why are you guys letting people just make up their own rules when it comes to parking..literally parking in a live lane and getting out to shop. These people need to be ticketed because they are acting like this is the new norm. Third world driving etiquette.

This is why I will NEVER shop at Metro ever again. They charged me $15.69 for 6 large green peppers and Centra grocery charged me only $7.26 for 6 large green peppers. Greedy Greedy Greedy!

Good place with lot of verity ...prices high then others.
