I visited this store last week to buy some fish, but the staff at the fish shop area was very rude and ignoring me even though I was in the line first. He called someone after me to serve him because that person is his friend This is not the first time and always the fish shop staffs are the rude one. They don’t like us to ask for the price and even if we ask they pointed out us to read the prices Very disappointing behaviour from the people at the fish shop.
Got five coconuts from them yesterday. ALL five were rotten. One or two is okay. How can all five be rotten. The store doesn't care now that they have sold their rotten stuff to naive customers. I know they don't care anymore. Only God can judge these people.
This is the second time having issue with fungus in the yoghurt , when asked for refund all they say is we don't refund buy another product of that price , such a worst business ethic that when fault is on the business side they still don't want to refund but want consumer money in their pocket so forcing to buy another product so money does not go back to consumer . If this is your unethical business practise I m no more coming to the store , shame guys . Be ethical and customer centric . And not even an apology was there . And on top of it they told me get something else and I dint wanna create an argument so took replacement products and it went 20 cents higher and they were like do you have extra 20 cents . Cheap minded on top of being at fault providing cheap quality product ! Grow up guys .train your staff .
They had availability of the groceries and spices for Sri Lankans and Indians in an affordable price. In a most convenient place with a great customer service. You can get everything. Quite expensive but you can find all. 4 star is only for raw smell which comes till the cash counter. I didn’t like that. Probably you need to change ur exhaust guys.
