Friendly staff, but their vegetables and fruit products are often not fresh, to be honest one of the worst NoFrills in Toronto/ScarboroughnJust be careful with this place and probably with all of them, i bought pc organic grapes last week, the top ones were nice fresh and big, coming home I checked the whole grapes, underneath the big ones were smaller ones and darker ones, they seemed not so fresh so now after 5 days the smaller ones are rotting already, so they mix up old ones with fresh ones, they are not honest, so you need to watch their productsnA message to Nadia, great to see you have a garden centre but plants need water and most of your plants are dying cause you’re not giving it water !!

This NoFrills is small and tidy in the very densely populated neighborhood. Hope they improve their inventory stocking and shelfing in a bit more organized way. Their empty self, along with unorganized display, makes it harder to find stuff. Their little efforts and oversight could make a real difference with shopping experience for neighborhood shoppers, who depend on this shop for their grocery.

Wide variety of products with good prices. Fast queues. Clean place. I think it could have more indications of where to find the products you are looking for, but it is still intuitive even without it.

I think this store is not well managed, nor can it serve the grocery demand in this location.nnI have never seen more than two counters opened and several times I have heard women at the counter complaining that their replacement hasn't come and so they are made to stretch their shifts; and you can feel that frustration in their behaviour.nnShoppers are frustrated because you have to wait for 10-15 minutes even during off peak hours even if you have to buy just one item. On weekday evenings like this one, I generally spent 25-35 minutes in the queue.nnEither this store change management or the residents in this area get Freshco or foodbasics in the neighbourhood.

Worst experience with staff here. If they're so miserable, maybe they need to find another job. No need to make customer's whom I should mention are the reason theyre employeed, lives miserable like their own. Kinjal was completely unhelpful and lied about needing a bar code to complete an order. We have never had this issue at other No Frills locations. Maybe they need to be retrained? Maybe time to find another job Kinjal?
