Stephen's No Frills

Wrost No Frills I have ever been to. Every time, everything on sale is out of stock or not available. The produce items are of wrost quality.

Please don’t waste your time by going to this store for shopping. Wrong labeling of the produce and even after showing them a picture, item was scanned incorrectly. Refuse to do price match from other No Frills store and superstore. Not worth visiting and it is obvious why parking lot is always empty.

The food is past its expiration date, and when I went to exchange it one of the cashiers tried to argue with me that the expiration was clear on the date. I shouldn’t have to go into a grocery store and pay attention to the expiration date because of the possibility that it might be expired. Grocery store should be reliable enough to not sell expired food.

This evening I went to this location I had a very good experience of exceptional customer service checkout 5 the service attendant name is Hope. This young lady had great future ahead of her. I hope management or owner will groom her for management position in your organization . Being in the service industry its refreshing to get this service. She on point with interaction and efficiency with her service.Keep up the great work Hope. I will be back at this location. Everything i needed i got and great prices.

The staff are mostly kind. The only benefit to this store. Stephen, however, certainly isn't. Miserable is an accurate descriptor.nnThe prices are also insane. Not that they're high, they are, but that they will change randomly for no reason. I went in at noon for something and saw hot dogs for 2.99. When I went in at 6pm later that evening, the exact same hotdogs were now 3.80. This is across so many different food items that staff are perpetually stocking and changing prices.nnAvoid at all possible costs.
