Mark Wilson's Better Used Cars Limited

I purchased my second vehicle from Wilson's in November and found myself needing some body work after a mishap. I went into Wilson's with no expectations and was, as always, surprised. I spoke with Kristy in service who went out of her way to work out something along with Pearce to get my car back in it's previously flawless state. She was so incredibly helpful and understanding and genuinely went above and beyond to do as much as possible to help me. Pearce did amazing work on my car and it came out even better than I expected. I am so impressed with the level of service I received and have always had great experiences in dealing with Wilson's. I will definitely continue to buy my vehicles and trust the staff to do what is best for my car and my finances., It is so nice to see a company that does not believe as soon as you take your vehicle off the lot they don't need to help in any way. I could go on and on about all my experiences with them as a dealership, but this one was incredible! Thanks so much Pearce and Kristy!!

Reading the 5 star reviews already posted.... I guess I'm probably focusing on different things than what they excel in. (Not pre sale stuff... but post sale helpfulness) but since this is an auto sales place... I will carry on. The sales individual wasn't helpful. Agreed with everything he thought we were saying even if it contradicted something he said 5 minutes before. They don't seem to respond to email. So you have to call or visit if you want responses in less than 48 hours. Coordinating a time to pick up my purchased car was a nightmare... in that the date they said it would be ready was two days before it was. And the day that it was ready was a day that wasn't even provided as an option. After showing up with my plates to put on the car... found they had already put ones on and charged me for it until they saw that we brought our own and refunded the difference now I get to go to service Ontario and ask them for a refund for the difference because I have lots of time to kill. That's fun. Oh... and it took 45 minutes to get ONE set of keys .... because.... oh I don't know... doesn't seem like there was any good reason for the delay in pickup since it took them a week to schedule it in the first place. Basically... awesome. Can't wait to come back.

This was my first time buying a used car. Rod made it easy. He was knowledgeable and patient and he listened to what I wanted instead of telling me what I should buy. They buffed out out the small scratches and dent so that my car looked as good as new. Thank-you for the excellent service.

Amazing experience. I had a little bit different of experience, which I'm totally okay with. I actually didn't get much help from the sales staff, and the responses were quite slow. However Stella in the financing department helped me the most, she was always quick to respond even when she was off, and stayed in late to make sure that I was completely taken care of. I bought a 2011 Jeep and it actually broke down, and I called her just because she was so friendly and went above and beyond for me when I bought it, she did the same thing again and directed me to the right department. Joe in service fixed my jeep free of charge even when I was right at the borderline of my dealership warranty. I really feel like I was taken care of and I will recommend this place to anyone! Love my jeep

I dropped into this auto dealer today, 11 years after buying my truck here. The lot is much larger and the selection as plentiful as before. Wilson’s used to source all their vehicle inventory from the USA but I’m not sure now because of the currency exchange rate. Anyhow, you’ll still find an impressive assortment of cars and trucks at very competitive prices. They don’t have to add a huge administrative fee to a sticker prices compared to the Toronto GTA used vehicle dealerships. Their website allows anyone to search through Wilson’s vehicle inventory without every having to visit the lot in person. If you really like something, nothing beats negotiating with sales representative Miguel whom my and brother and I have enjoyed wheeling and dealing with. Happy trails!
