I adore this business! It accommodates all musicians from all walks of life! From a reasonable cash deposit of $20.00 with references to rent, to a simple credit card on file and reasonable requirements to finance instruments. Their rental prices are amazing, this is a great avenue to explore for aspiring musicians who are just not sure what instrument fits them best; a month to month rental fee to play musical instruments to find the best fit! They make life so simple and focus on quality of experience, life and merchandise.
Once you find your fit, they offer many different resources for learning! It is a well structured establishment! I 100 % recognize and recommend them wholeheartedly.

The guitar tech is unprofessional and rude, and the setup work that was done on my instrument was sloppy and incorrect. Basically, I would have been better off never having brought my instrument to them.
The first problem was that my instrument was not strung correctly (correct tuning = GCEA, what I got = EGCA), and the tech yelled at me when I pointed this out! He first claimed to have strung the instrument properly, then claimed that it was my fault if it was wrong because I should have explicitly told him where the strings go. He got even angrier when I asked if he'd looked at the packaging the strings came in, which says where each of the strings go. He eventually said that he didn't know anything about ukuleles (not an exaggeration, that's quite literally what he said) and then he went and strung it "properly" (it was closer, but still wrong).
In addition to being treated poorly, almost none of the setup was done properly (which was the whole reason I brought it in). To give you an idea: the strings were not correctly tied off, so they slipped when I tried to tune them and they were not spaced properly (also a result of not being tied off properly at the bridge). Together with the poor job that was done on the action, the instrument was not playable when I brought it home.

This store has the worst customer service. I was told one thing by one employee and another thing by another. I was trying to rent a DJ controller and the employee adviced me to sell my controller that I had purchased already (at this location 6 months prior) and upgrade because the renting fee is a large fee when you could finance the controller with a small deposit of $400. I drove (on my gas money and time) back to my house to get my controller just to come back and be told that I had to pay 90% of the product to be able to finance it, which was $950. This is a substantial amount of money compared to what I was told the very first time. My time and my money was not taken into consideration. I felt very looked down upon because of my age, race, and gender. They are inconsistent and rude. I am never going back there due to the unbelievable poor service.

Great place with very friendly staff. I bought my new guitar there with the help and knowledge of the employees. However, when I went to buy a certain pedal I wanted that they didn’t have in stock I paid the price of it and was told it would be ordered and I would be receiving a call sometime the week after. It’s now been two weeks since I paid and I haven’t gotten a call nor have I been able to contact the store, unreliable

This place is great! I was helped the moment I walked in and the whole process of renting a keyboard was seamless! The great guy helping me was very knowledgeable and made everything easy.
Will go back for sure!
