These people are liars. Don't trust them at all. Had two good experiances, when I reached my membership $ amout so would receive the discounts they sent me a floor model leather sofa. When I confronted them they denied it . Told me to kiss there butts.Stay away from this do called business.

Olga , and Monique , are not just Sales People , but Knowledgeable Designers I had been buying from High End Furniture Stores , in St Catherines, until I stumbled on to this GEM! I now save Thousands on the Brands that Meet my Discerning Tastes!! Olga and Monique provide a Personalized Experience whether you are buying a Lamp , or a Whole Room Amazing Service , Fabulous Value!!

Nice historical store with good prices but only one employee who is too busy to sell you anything. Pay parking only.

We recently bought five major pieces of furniture for our home. Monique was very helpful during our store visit and went out of her way to ensure that our choices were delivered prior to a scheduled vacation. There was a mix up on delivery (my fault, not their's) and, once again, Monique ran with it...called the driver and they were close enough to return to our home within a half hour !! Everything arrived well packaged with absolutely no damage. All round, buying our furniture from Park's has been a good experience.

We have always shopped at Parks for all our furniture. The staff goes above and beyond to provide good customer service.
