Loblaws

When they were a Loblaws even on Google it had an above average rating 3.9. But since turning it from a Loblaws which was a fixture in the community for over 50 years into a No Frills, they've slipped and now down to 3.5. The new person in charge of ordering is clueless what this area wants and all I know of the fresh produce aisle it previously had a good portion has been converted to house upright fridges for even more pre-packaged foods.nnBut since the conversion, they thankfully kept/brought back the sale of Whole BBQ chicken. But gone are all the other stuff like fries, wedges, wings and more they used to have when it was a Loblaws. But at least they still have a counter at the end of the first aisle facing the back wall a hot shelf just for BBQ chickens available after 11AM daily. As for the variety. They mainly have the regular BBQ, but on occasion they offer the Spicier Portuguese version which I prefer. Now only if they had better available delivery times!nnAlso I've been noticing they've been selling other culture's vegetables. A favourite of mine is Chinese Broccoli, but a warning, DON'T EVER BUY IT FROM NO FRILLS as it won't last overnight in the fridge. And frankly it didn't even look that good the day I bought it. But I was running behind schedule and had no time to make a trip into Chinatown no car, I take TTC.

I love this No Frills! nnI go here all the time. nnSuch cute and amazing staff. They’re so friendly and helpful. nnMy favourite things to get here are desserts, chicken, cheese, and ham. nnOf course, I come here for the Coke Zero!

Ordered grocery via Uber eats and received badly discoloured frozen burgers. Neither Uber or no frills are prepared to compensate me the $23. Had to throw them away. Would you feed these to your kids ?!

A really busy location and often times quite cramped. If I’m being completely honest it’s like all the downtown no frills, it’s very condensed and its selection while fine, is still considered quite limited. It does have parking which is nice and the staff are very friendly.

Small and functional. Always parking available for quick in and out. They should lose the self checkout and focus more on customer service. Interesting how self service is now considered customer service.
