Poor customer service, harassment and discrimination: their agent Sarah yelled at me tonight, asking to pay for a pack of oatmeal raisin cookies while she has unpacked a truck load of her own personal goods onto conveyor. This needs to be addressed by their parents company, Loblaws, and their store owner Joe Scire. I was not even allowed to complain or fill out any form in order to contact their management even if it exists at all.
