After completing my payment and reviewing the receipt, I noticed that I was charged twice for produce. I inquired with the cashier, who explained that she had mistakenly entered two quantities of grapes instead of one bag of grapes and one bag of green beans. Another cashier approached and insisted I pay an additional 80 cents before I could leave. When I requested to speak with a manager, the manager would not let me leave until I paid the 80 cents, even though I had already checked out. While the 80 cents was not a significant concern, I was frustrated by the refusal to let me leave without paying the additional charge. This experience reflected very poor customer service.

I just have problem with one of the cashier, he forgets. I understand once in a while but it’s been twice, we pay for the item and it isn’t in your grocery bag. And for one item, it’s a hassle going to the store and also embarrassing. I hope that cashier does better.

My overall shopping experience from this store was absolutely worst and some of the foods and vegetables, been expired. Furthermore, there are like 5 to 10 cash counters and yet there would only be one or two cashiers and because of that the customers have to wait for a long time. compared to the other freshco stores i seen, this branch completely runies the reputation of the overall stores, and the staffs are also not trained enough to behave well.
