Le Nouvel Hotel and Spa

I recently stayed at Le Nouvel Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay very pleasant. The room was very clean and neat, which I truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent, situated in a great area with easy access to many attractions. A special shout-out to Luis, the best receptionist, who made every process smooth and provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

We booked with this hotel because my mom was having surgery at the Montreal General Hospital. On day 3 of our 4 day expected trip, we found out we could head home early. The staff, especially Luis, was amazing in helping us check out before 12. They were so kind and understanding with our situation, and did not charge us for the additional night. Thank you! When life throws you challenges, it’s nice to meet people who help make the challenge easier.nnIf this exceptional customer service has not swayed you, hopefully the rest of this review will. The rooms were modern, clean, and very well taken care of. The restaurant connected to the hotel, has delicious dishes. My dad is extremely particular with food and enjoyed the spaghetti and meat balls. I had their pizza cheese and pepperoni, they must use a pizza stone or oven, because it was beyond what I expected. It was delicious! The meals also came with a beverage wine, beer or soda and a salad . Honestly, it’s worth the price.nnI have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel. I will be recommending it to everyone!nnThank you again!!!!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and modern, the beds were comfortable and the shower felt luxurious, having a glass door and multiple showerheads.nnIt's a short walk to the Bell Centre and just south of a variety of Asian restaurants. It's on the quieter, western edge of downtown while still being close enough to the hustle bustle.

I booked 2 rooms for my family , Barbara and Luis help me through everything such a nice people and respectful .nEverything was great from A to Z , we love it will come back again soon in July for another visit for wedding.nNice hotel with convenient of parking and location and best price in downtown.nThank you for your hospitality.

Just had an amazing stay at Le Nouvel Hotel in Montreal! Right in the city center, this place combines modern vibes with incredible comfort. My room was super comfy, with a great view of the city, sheets were clean, and the whole room was very very clean honestly.nnBut what really made my stay unforgettable was the service, were the amazing staffs, especially from Luis at the front desk. He was super helpful, giving me the best local tips and making everything easy. The cleaners were nice and friendly and made the whole stay comfortable. 10/10 for sure. Will definitely come back.
