The original suite was not cleaned very well, and we had to switch to a different one due to pipes that wouldn't drain. Wifi (in both rooms) was spotty (and only ended up working due to my friend being an installer). The second suite we went into only had power in the second room but that was fixed as soon as we asked about it. The staff are very nice and friendly, and the price is cheap for the suites given. Very nice kitchenette, comfortable beds. The pool and sauna on the top floor are wonderful as well, and honestly I would come and stay here again.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Great rooms. Cute kitchen.  Home away from home.  Right downtown. Easy to get to. Easy to find store or go shopping. And I had a beautiful view of the mountain.

Staff are amazing welcoming like a family.  Rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean.  Amenities are great and for anyone facing a longer term stay this is the perfect place and location.  Thank you!!!

I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good sized hotel with more than adequate amenities. The room we booked had an actual kitchen with a stove and oven, full sized fridge, microwave, and a sink and counter top... Complete with the necessary dinner ware. There's also a lot of space to prance around, roll on the wooden floor, or simply anything you need extra floor space for. I found the room to be adequately clean and everything provided for. Few things to note on our visit during fall: there was no A/C and we had to crack open the door to the balcony for some cool air. The exhaust fan in our room for the bathroom also appears to be non-functional. Outisde of those, we actually enjoyed our stay and loved the extra amenities and space the room has. For the price, it's about right if not cheap... Especially when you can split it between three people or more. We haven't tried the pool or breakfast (we preferred to have brunch in the nearby walkable cafes and other places). I not only recommend this hotel, but I am surely booking with them if I go back to Montreal. Oh, and underground parking was cheap as well, but you can enjoy Montreal more utilizing the nearby Metro station and bus routes to go around.

We had a great room. The kitchen, although small worked for us on our short stay. The room was newly remodeled. The staff were friendly. The price made this a great value. It is close to the metro, restaurants and shopping. It has a pool that is small but clean.
