Lastman's Bad Boy

Received awesome service at the time we purchase and at the time of both deliveries. We purchase a bedroom suite and that was our second delivery. We made an error putting our mirror on our dresser. My husband returned to the store to see about purchasing a new mirror. The sales person was extremely helpful and very quick to get the mirror ordered with a very minimal charge. Delivery men were very professional. All around we are extremely happy with our purchase and the service received by all. Our experience with Bad Boy was excellent.

Ever feel you have been taken advantage of ,lied to and robbed at the same time. We were ,from a company we have shopped at for years. We bought a couch and chair set just over 2 years ago and we purchased the extra warranty for $150.00 that we were told would cover EVERYTHING for 5 years. The chair made out of leather look started to peel on the back at shoulder height. We did not let this go and got in touch with the service right away. We were told that it is not covered for repairs. We were shocked that the warranty would cover .......human or pet fluids, food and beverages, grease, cosmetics, nail polish, ink, crayon, or becomes damaged as a result from accidental rip, tear and cigarette burn but they will not fix the peeling of material. Both my husband and myself are seniors and really thought this would be the last set we bought. Too bad their stuff only lasts maybe 2-3 years now. OH ! and by the way the manager of the store is Glenn here in Barrie and I am sure he would love to hear from you if you decided to buy something there.

The sales lady was very thorough and knowledgeable in knowing the product and provided answers to all my questions. She was pleasant and I feel did her best to give me the best deal possible. The delivery guys did an excellent job as well. They were professional, courteous, helpful and efficient. I would definitely buy from this location again. Well worth the visit!!

We were greeted upon entering but thankfully nobody followed us around being pushy. We were pleasantly surprised at the low prices, especially considering we had first been to similar stores in the area. BAD Boy prices are a considerable deal for the same product! We dealt with Steve and he was very knowledgeable about the many different products in each department. At no time did we feel any pressure to make a purchase! That's a first in this kind of a store. We will be loyal customers and have already recommended this place to others. Super happy with our experience here.

Thanks for the great service and fantastic deals! My daughter loves her new bed and my son is sleeping like a log on his new mattress! Special thanks for the Bat Out of Hell tickets too! Such a great show!
