In the days of online shopping with physical retail vastly going under, Atmosphere can't afford to have horrendous customer service. I have never been so put off by a manager before. Beautiful store - but with an awful female manager (short blonde hair) who was willing to go out of her way to make my day harder and took pride in doing so! I contacted head office with my complaint and I won't be returning to this location ever again.

Very poor customer service. Ignored by staff and not one member was personable enough nor knowledgeable enough to deserve our business. Cost the store a $600 + purchase. Won't bother going back because there are others who know what customer service is and and for better prices.

Great selection, has everything that you could want at a better price than Cabela's. Staff is super friendly and can answer almost any question you have.
