I recently did some shopping at the Staples on Barrie View Dr.nDenise L. the sales manager helped resolve an issue I had. Her customer service is just awesome. I appreciated her help very much. The staff at this location has always been helpful and do their best to help out.

I want to express so much gratitude to the ladies at this store, they are so kind, patient and helpful which goes a very long way. I would like to especially say thank you, to one individual - I didn’t catch her name but she had blue hair. She was incredibly kind and patient with my difficult requests. Thank you for making my experience at this location such a great one!!

I was approached by a cell phone representative, the wireless supervisor, who informed me that Virgin, my home internet provider, will be no longer providing home internet in January 2026. So he told me that he could arrange a better price for both my cell phone and home internet by migrating to Bell. Following these changes, and in contact with him to correct the billing mistakes he made, he not only didn’t resolve the billing issues but stopped contacting me. I phoned Bell and was told I’d need to go into the store to resolve the billing issues. I instead, went to Costco and spoke to a fantastic representative at the wireless desk and my billing issues were promptly resolved. I do not recommend this representative as he clearly demonstrated that he just wanted a sale and wasn’t interested in doing a great job.

Emille at the printing centre is easily one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. She made sure that everything was printed in high quality and looked amazing for my baby shower. Her kindness, perseverance and willingness to help will make sure that I come back to do all my printing here.

Had a great experience here. Placed a same day order, but showed up a little early so they just printed it in store. In and out in under 10 minutes, great print quality and packaging. Will be using these services in the future.
