A bit late in posting this, but I still wanted to share my appreciation. My experience at Staples on Barrie View Drive a few months ago was excellent. Emille, Nella, and Nicole were kind, professional, and attentive. They made the whole process seamless, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Lovely lady helped me print my shipping label to return my 700$ acer monitor on warranty hardware issue and then the guy behind the counter immediately takes the package that says do not turn this side up, and turns it this side up for storage, I mean come on. 5 stars for the lovely lady, other guy is a menace though hence 3 stars .Like pay attention to what you are handling if that makes it to warranty office with a broken screen because of mishandling they wont fix it and I will be out 700$. Have some care for others stuff, will not be shipping out of here again.

Extremly slow procees in print shop. I spent over 50 minutes waiting in line for what turned out to be just 10 minutes of actual work. If you’re coming here, make sure you have at least an hour of spare time just for the queue. The staff is polite, but they seem under-equipped to handle even a small crowd.

Nicole at the print desk was so helpful to me today! I really appreciate her patience, expertise, and customer service. I hope that she is working the next time I come into the store for my printing needs. Thanks Nicole

Complete nightmare to deal with. Trying to get a couple labels printed and they don’t do anything in store you have to do it online yet I can’t do that because apparently my design I made on my computer has a “premium element” I need 2 labels for ffs been at this for over an hour these people make the most basic thing an absolute nightmare and a headache.nnNot worth the hassle, trash customer service as well stood there for 10 minutes waiting well their staff member chatted away before someone standing in the back came to tell me I have to do it online.nnWon’t even bother returning I can get absolutely everything they sell for a better price with less headaches or hassle in pretty much every single plaza in town, don’t even know why I humoured the idea of going online when I’m standing in the store with the pdf file.
