I had a great experience at this Walmart thanks to Vincent, the store manager. He went above and beyond to help me with a return that was a bit tricky. He was patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. Exceptional customer service. Thank you Vincent.

I recently ordered groceries for parking lot pickup at Walmart. The gentleman who brought out my order was very nice and helpful, and I appreciated his friendly attitude. Unfortunately, there was a strong body odor armpit smell that made me feel sick to my stomach.nnThis hasn’t just been a one-time issue — I’ve noticed the same thing when shopping inside the store, with some employees smelling of body odor. I’m not sure if deodorant is being used, but I think Walmart should consider a clear policy around personal hygiene and body odor.nnI value the convenience and service, but for a better customer experience, it would really help if Walmart addressed this.

Worst Walmart around. Absolutely no employees to help you out. And when you do finally find one. There always on there phones and they can't even speak English. And have no idea were the product is your asking for. What a horrible store you have turned this into. I'm pretty sure you should know how to speak English to get a job these days.same goes to the bayfield store and probably all the Walmarts in North America.

Self check out associates are very rude. No eye contact, no smile, very seldom do you hear a thank you or have a nice from these guys. Terrible attitude some of these staff members display at self check out.nnI own a business and make multiple visits to this store each and every single day 365 days a year without fail and if these guys don’t fix their attitude and start displaying real customer service, I’m giving your store a 1 STAR on your check out every single time I come by. I’ve given about a dozen already since yesterday and counting.nnI’ve never seen a customer service department that allows the phone to ring for over 10mins at 9:43am on a weekday. Management is weak
