A neighbor knew I was looking for a camera-she gave me their ad. It was a good price so I went to the Barrie store. When a customer has to search for a salesperson when the store is not busy you start to wonder. I approached 4 salespeople in an adjacent department to ask for assistance-they literally drew straws to see who would serve (?) me. One young man did come forward and I showed him the advertisement regarding the camera. He said that the sale had expired and left it at that. Not bothering to ask, offer, or suggest in any way about other cameras that they have in stock. Thank goodness there was another option-not with Best Buy-with genuinely knowledgable, helpful and considerate salesmen at Henry's Cameras very close by. I went in great service, no rush and very knowledgeable. I walked out completely satisfied with the camera that I purchased and with the confidence that I could go back in and get great advice about their product. Thanks Paul. (I feel sorry for the nice young lady greeter at Best Buy-she did say have a nice day but it wouldn't be at her store!)

My GoPro 5 suffered water damage due to a faulty suit. Louise and her staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt in replacing the clearly defective suit, and then helped me to resolve the issue with the camera itself. Even though the problem fell under GoPro customer service, and not Henry's, Louise went out of her way to make sure I was able to resolve the issue. Thanks Henry's Barrie!
