Worst service ever ,...waiting 4 hrs for a tow truck to show up .....cant imagine i had tgat patience . I had to cancel the service request and cslled anther towing company ...

Very little customer service reps to assist with our purchases. Asked one lady who couldn't because she was leaving for the day. Asked another and was told she didn't deal with the merchandise. We put our items down and went elsewhere where we did find our items.
