What an amazing experience! I've had my furniture for a year now and it still looks brand new. The experience from start to finish is phenomenal! i purchased their stain protection plan and it was the best decision I've ever made. My design consultant has been there for me even after the purchase. I've made multiple purchases since and have never had a problem. I would definitely recommend La Z Boy to my family and friends.

I recently received my La Z Boy order. I LOVE IT! The sales staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient with me and understood that I couldn't decide the proper fabric choices. They have a store designer on staff who helped me put my colour scheme and design together. When it arrived everything was exactly what I wanted. Thanks LaZBoy!

La Z Boy's delivery service is fantastic !! The drivers are polite and friendly, they were very gentle while delivering my chair and sofa. They set everything up in my space ready to use. They were not rushed and gave me an accurate 2 hour window. Thanks Very Much !!!

Chris was very patient as we tried to figure out what we wanted. We were at the store for many hours. He gave us suggestions, but also gave us space to look around for ourselves.
