We had such an exceptional experience at Home Depot Barrie last night. A staff member named Sweater truly went above and beyond for me and my husband.nFrom the moment we asked for help, she personally walked us to locate the stock we needed, carefully checked availability, and patiently explained different delivery options and solutions. Even after we changed our minds and decided to pick up the products ourselves instead of arranging delivery, she continued to assist us every step of the way without hesitation.nIn today’s retail environment, it is honestly rare to receive this level of genuine, patient, and solution-focused customer service. She was professional, kind, and never made us feel rushed. Her positive attitude turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a smooth and pleasant experience.nHome Depot Barrie is very fortunate to have someone like Sweater on their team. We truly appreciate her dedication and outstanding service. Thank you again!

BRITT, the “customer service manager” intentionally froze my credit card and refused to listen to assistance as she is not educated on her job role’s & responsibilities. She fails in every way to understand and provide solutions to customers and threw away a $2600 sale. She told me to leave and told me that she doesn’t have to provide customer service if she doesn’t feel like it. I went to Rona instead to purchase tools and will never return, I contacted Cristiano and Phil store Owner/Manager to see if they can educate their inferiors.

hi so having my windows redone and im dealing with Pavlo hes has been fantastic responds all the time, ether by phone or Email. he is really on top of his game!! i would recommend him for jobs once the windows are installed i will upload pics but can't say enough about how amazing my dealing with Pavlo has been hands done caring and very honest i can keep going on but ill stop there thanks Pavlo and Home Depot

Britt the customer service manager was extremely rude from the start, refusing service and is not educated on her job responsibilities. She refused to learn how to process a phone order and she intentionally did it wrong so my card would freeze, she wasted 4 hours of my time on hold and told us to leave so we spent $2500 at Rona instead and will never be returning, she needs to be reprimanded.

Purchased a gas stove scheduled delivery for Monday Feb.23/2026….. received a voice mail that they will be delivering tomorrow…too bad no one will answer their phone…no one will be here so you’ll have to take it back to Toronto….. called Barrie Home Depot was passed around and the associate didn’t want to even try to help…we don’t ship from the store..ok…so what do toy do when this crap happens…. Don’t know can’t help…. Thanks Home Depot once again much time wasted giving you money and time spent trying to call to give you a heads up…..See Ya…
