The Home Depot

It depends on what you're looking for and whether you know exactly what you need ahead of time. Customer service rep was unable to identify appropriate replacement bake element for a stove that Home Depot has carried (and is on display on the floor) for years. Hubby and I tried to figure it out on our own, from google and videos. Ended up getting the wrong one and will have to make another trip. The parts selection is also pretty limited, I hope they'll have what we need.

The customer service here was impeccable! I called to ask what products they had I could purchase to build a shelter for a feral cat at our home and they ended up donating all the material and one of their associates, Erica, even followed me and delivered part of the materials. Absolutely amazing! Thanks guys!

I'm really disappointed in Home Depot for taking down the Halloween decor and putting up Christmas stuff instead. It's October 25th. The giant dinosaur and spider was awesome and I told my toddler he was going to see them again. You guys are mean.

Horrible experience. Staff know nothing about products or promotions. Items are in stock but staff cannot find them. Simple trsnsaction took over 45 minutes
