I thoroughly enjoy a shopping trip to Chapters. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, eager and willing to help. Great selection of books and gift items along with a fantastic bargain section. There is something for everyone!

I love this place ❤ It's usually quiet and if you're interested in actual books then this is the place to sit and enjoy some great reading. There's also games, accessories and a whole lot of new things to see and try! No, i don't work here but yes, I've been coming here for years! It doesn't hurt that Starbucks is attached 😉

This place is book heaven. Staff were helpful and know there products. My kids were kept busy with the kids section and toy trains. There is WiFi and a Coffee spot there.

Good selection. Able to order in anything not in stock with no charge to you. Awesome, friendly, informed and helpful staff.

This book store is just the right sized. The staff always has time to help with all searches. Smiles are second nature.
