The service I received on Thursday November 9th by the fishing department was excellent. Their knowledge was helpful and greatly appreciated. I'm sorry I don't have their names but they all should be recognized for an outstanding job. Thanks guys, I'm looking forward to next bass season with my new gear.

Worst customer service ever!!! Shop elsewhere!!! They sent email confirmation that they cancelled my order. Then I still got a tracking number. Manager said she would have it turned around. Arrived at my doorstep Thursday LEFT OUTSIDE WITH NO ONE HOME! Spoke with a senior manager who literally said "it is what it is sorry about your lucky. STIL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND! DON'T EVER SHOP HERE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ONLY YOUR MONEY! RUDEST PEOPLE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!

December 24, 2017 customer service was great! I think every single worker said hi and asked if we needed help lol The young guy selling fudge deserves 5 stars too :)

Ahh Cabela's. What's not to like? Pretty much identical to Bass Pro. Get guns, knives, fishing stuff (how bored are you?), dehydrated food, etc. If you know Cabela's then just go there. Get your thing going on. Super place. Enjoy.
