Housekeeping is always appreciated, but rooms need more frequent and thorough cleaning. A simple vacuuming isn’t enough — the floors look a bit dirty, making it difficult to walk comfortably inside #227. Given the price, amenities should be better. Reception staff could also do a better job directing guests to the other buildings a doorman or bellman position would help.

Positives: convenient location near airport, and close to good food in Richmond. Easy to drive to city and major attractions. Room is spacious with small kitchen area to cook.nNegatives: wifi system needs upgrade, it kept kicking us out. Hotel charged $15/night for parking; didn't mention this earlier. Pretty old - ac, bathroom et.  Minimal amenities.

We had am eight hour layover in Vancouver between flights. As we only had three hours sleep the night before our flight, we thought it would be a good idea Book a hotel somewhere for the day. I called the executive in Vancouver airport and spoke with a lovely lady who Said she could accommodate our out of the ordinary request for a day room. We were picked up about 15 minutes after I had called and were at the hotel and in our beautiful room30 minutes after we had called. All staff we dealt with were professional, kind, caring and we loved in the heart of Richmond close to restaurants, shopping, and even some great green space.! I highly recommend this hotel! Great start to our holiday!

Incredible service. Definitely treated as if it was a $450 a night hotel. Had an early morning flight and instead of the complementary breakfast, they made us four to go boxes with fresh fruit, boiled eggs, muffins, yogurt, and orange juice. Cannot believe how friendly they were, and the room was clean and comfortable.nHighly recommend!!!!!

We stayed for one night as a family. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff member Daniela or Danielle was welcoming and efficient. Our room was clean, which we appreciated.nHowever, we did encounter a couple of concerns during our stay. First, the air conditioning was not working properly—it would run for about a minute, then stop blowing air. My husband had to continuously adjust the knob just to keep it running, which was inconvenient.nSecond, we requested extra pillows, but had to call the front desk again after an hour to follow up. When the pillows were finally delivered, the staff member who brought them smelled strongly of alcohol, and the pillows also carried the same odor. This was quite off-putting.nOverall, while there were some positives, these issues affected our overall experience.
