The experience here was great. The family and I were very happy with the service level provided. Daniela and the rest of the team were AMAZING. The rooms were mostly well kept. Daniela and the Front Manager as well as the other members of the Front Desk Team were truly polite, courteous and accommodating. They took the time to ensure our stay went well. I will certainly stay here again and will surely recommend this hotel to my colleagues. Thank you again team for the hard work.
I had a great stay at Executive hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I was really pleased with my room and had a very comfortable sleep. The fridge was a little loud and there was an unpleasant smell when I opened the balcony, but that didn’t overshadow the rest of the stay. Breakfast was generous, servers were attentive. Great location for the airport and a lovely park just over the road. Overall great value.
I booked their 3 bedroom suite since I had my 70 year old sister in law and my wife along on this trip. The suite was old and worn. The laminate flooring was coming apart, exposing sharp seams, gaps in the flooring. We had to wear shoes at all times to protect from getting cuts on the edges of the flooring.nnThe kitchen was right out of the 90's. The dishwasher didn't work correctly. The provided dishes were sized for small humans and not normal sized people.nnSince it was on the ground floor on the corner, not only did we have to deal with the traffic on a rather busy street, but also people walking in the alley having loud conversations. Overall, it was a disappointment and I was embarrassed by the condition of the room.nnDefinitely won't be staying here again on our next trip to Richmond to visit our daughter.
While the Executive Hotel is conveniently located and supported by a team of wonderful staff members, our stay unfortunately fell short of expectations.nnOur suite—essentially a fully furnished apartment—was spacious, well-appointed, and included all the necessary amenities for a comfortable visit. However, a vacant parking lot located directly behind the property and adjacent to our window made it nearly impossible to sleep, as cars and motorcycles revved their engines and performed donuts throughout the night.nnAdditionally, the bed and bedding were quite uncomfortable and lacked the quality expected from a hotel of this standard, the room also lacked at cooling options, even a fan.nnOverall, while the property itself is charming and the grounds are well maintained, our experience was hindered by both internal and external issues that detracted from what could have been an enjoyable stay.
Stayed with 8 & 9 year old boys for a local soccer tournament. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean pool. Great hours. We got a free upgrade to a tower suite and kids loved tv in living room as well as bed room. Would definitely recommend.
