This place is cozy, peaceful and so modern to .Hotel has a parking for customers. Feels like a 5 Star ⭐️ 👌 Lobby is very beautiful. Clean room and no worries about safety of your personal items You get an inclusive breakfast buffet 🍳 and you also have a good food menu served in your room. I Recommend this place as it’s very well located if you’re willing to stay in Old Quebec. Fantastic Experience! Merci Beaucoup 😊

Our friends highly recommended L'Hotel Le Germaine for its high standards in service and wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. There is nothing too small or too big they could not handle. Especially Antoine and Esther who went overboard to help us in so many ways. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. It's a typical mid-size boutique hotel with comfort, romantic and warm ambience! We would definitely return and recommend it.

Second time to Quebec and this past time we picked this hotel based on passing by it our first time in the city. Location, location, location! The hotel sits at the bottom of the old city, steps away from the petite Champlain district, surrounded by great shopping and restaurants. It's a quick walk to the rest of the city and major sites. Compared to other hotels in the area the rates were a bargain. The staff was beyond exceptional! The rooms were modern, clean and the bedding heavenly. My only knock on the hotel is that the rooms were a little dark but that is the only critique I can think of. We will definitely be back here again.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Room was immaculate and had a great view. 24/7 free access to a latte/cappuccino machine- I enjoyed that several times per day. They also put it fruit infused water in the lobby, you can even bring a pitcher up to your room. Complementary continental breakfast was appreciated, ate lots of ham, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs.

What a nice boutique hotel! Great rooms (even though a bit dark). Very well located. Super kind staff. Small but effective gym. Nice hotel lobby. One negative point is that there is usually no meat during breakfeast and sometimes it takes quite a bit of time to bring more of the products that are already all eaten (fruits for example).
