Amazing things:n- The food at the restaurant. Seriously, it’s incredible!n- The food and beverage staff. They were super friendly and everyone we dealt with was genuinely warm and easy to chat with.n- Front desk staff were always helpful and eager to assist us when weather impacted our plans.n- Room was very clean.nnGood things:n- The location is excellent. It’s an easy walk to old town without the noise of the area.n- Quiet rooms. We were on the 5th floor and could not hear anything from the street below.n- The views are lovely.nnNot so good things:n- As other reviews have stated, the rooms are a little dated and refurbishment might need to be planned soon.n- The price of the breakfast buffet was a little steep. The food was great though.

We arrived in Quebec City late at night and had a great check-in experience thanks to Adil at the front desk. He was super friendly, patient, and professional, which made us feel really welcome after a long day of travel.nnOur room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is also really convenient, just a short walk to Old Quebec and other attractions.

Just stayed there for a conference - if you are going to conference centre, choose the Hilton. I checked in on app but they never sent me the mobile key so went to front desk and not checked in. Gave me different room than I booked 2 queens instead of king, not a big deal but still that had a black mold stain on ceiling. Others at the conference had bed bugs! I didn't thankfully - believe me I checked. Only 2 elevators and so slow/bumpy with stains on carpet and have to transfer on 3rd floor EVERY time to another set of 2 slow bumpy elevators. Also when you call front desk or housekeeping alarm clock didn't work just busy signal no matter if day, evening or night tried all. Overall terrible hotel and you should avoid at all costs

5 Stars - Exceptional Service and Warm HospitalitynnI had a fantastic experience at this Delta hotel, and I especially want to thank Adil at the front desk. I am quite picky when it comes to choosing a room, but Adil was incredibly patient and professional, helping me find the perfect one. Despite my not-so-great English, he was always kind and understanding, making me feel truly welcomed.nnHis warm hospitality not only showcased the professionalism of Delta Hotels but also allowed me to experience the genuine friendliness and warmth of the people in Quebec. Thank you, Adil, for making my stay so pleasant! Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice building and updated lobby. Attentive staff. Their gym is well equipped. The hotel is within immediate walking distance of all the sites of the Old city plus many amenities. Only suggestion is to have humidifiers in the room as it was very dry.
