The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were standard and the beds were comfortable. The pool was wonderful! It was outdoors but warm… we spent hours in it. We liked the elite members pantry - it had a great selection of snacks all day.nnOne downside is that our bikes were stolen from the parking garage on the first day. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault the parking isn’t managed by them and the hotel manager helped send me a link to file a police report, but some reviewers noted the hotel provided secure bike storage and this was not our experience. When we asked, they recommended parking in the garage… which was clearly not secure.
I typically visit Quebec City twice per year and decided to try the Delta, even though reviews were a bit mixed. The hotel was excellent in my opinion! The lobby is beautiful, the pool was great, and my room offered memorable views. I will note that I have Titanium status, so that likely helped me get an upgraded room. Status also guaranteed access to the pantry which was a game changer and would even be well worth paying extra. We had access to great coffee, snacks, fresh fruit, and on the last day even noticed ham in the refrigerator. I’ll be honest, this was a huge perk. Ham and cheese on a croissant is something my family loves, so I was thrilled to see it. I’ll definitely be seeking out the Delta on future trips to Quebec City.
Loved it here. Great hotel, incredible staff, and the food was exceptional. There were a couple small things, but management jumped on them right away and went above and beyond to make it right. Perfect location in Quebec City. Highly recommended.
My wife and I stayed here for seven nights this May, 2026, and could not be happier with the way things went. Our room had a beautiful view of Quebec City, the cleaning service was thorough with daily cleaning and towel replacement, etc., and the staff gave us exceptional service! Specifically, Adil who works at the check in desk downstairs went over and above to help me heat a miso soup meal for my wife as her flight landed much later than mine---this was well after 11:00 p.m. when their restaurant had already closed, and Louis in the restaurant was always chipper, talkative and helpful when we came down for breakfast, offering much advice in the way of local places to visit, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to come back again soon!
I traveled a lot and this is the first time I came to Delta hotel in Quebec City with the low quality of the room and service.nI do not recommend this hotel to any tourist visiting this city and if you are planning to book this hotel I would recommend instead wasting your money at this hotel try somewhere else.nThe AC in the room works like the old steam car in your room and you need to stay all the nights with the crazy noise in your room. For the other items I will leave the pictures here for your review.nSo disappointing
