Really enjoyed our stay here!nThe bed was comfortable, the room and facilities in great condition and the service was just superb.nnWe visited during FEQ Festival d’été de Quebec and the location is great for catching the festival or if you’re attending any events at the Plains of Abraham it’s within walking distance. Very convenient.nnBreakfast at the hotel was great, definitely recommend adding to your reservation if not already included.nnValet parking is very convenient and you get in-and-out privileges.nnDidn’t get to use the pool but looked very refreshing, the fitness centre has a lot of equipment and cardio machines.nnShoutout to Alicja from the Concierge team for taking really good care of us during our stay.
My family have been Hilton members for several years, but this has to be our best overall experience. The executive lounge was the highlight of our hotel experience. Besides the most excellent views of the city and river, the food breakfast, snacks, drinks, and small dinner plates was very delicious and the staff went the extra mile each day for our family. I specifically enjoyed their fancy coffee machine! My daughter loved their bread pudding at breakfast! They even accommodated my wife's allergy with special breakfast, dinner, and even dessert dishes. For her birthday, they made her a special dessert. The rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool and gym spaces were clean. My kids enjoyed the game room.

The hotel flawlessly combines upscale comfort, top-tier amenities, and an unbeatable location right on Parliament Hill, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.The Cinematic Views & RoomsThe absolute highlight of this hotel is the view. Every single room offers a breathtaking panorama of the city. We stayed on a high floor, and waking up to floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Old Québec, the St. Lawrence River, and the Parliament Building was pure magic. The room itself was beautifully renovated, clean, spacious, and featured incredibly comfortable bedding.The Executive Lounge & AmenitiesIf you have the chance, upgrading for access to the 23rd-floor Executive Lounge is an absolute must. The views from up there are next-level, and the complimentary breakfast spread and evening hors d'oeuvres were delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. Another major standout is the year-round heated outdoor rooftop pool—swimming out there with a view of the city is a completely unique and relaxing experience.Location & ServiceThe location is incredibly convenient. It sits just steps away from the historic fortifications of Old Town, Battlefields Park, and great local dining. Best of all, because it is situated right on the hill, it provides a much flatter and easier walk into the lively Saint-Jean-Baptiste and Montcalm neighborhoods compared to staying in the lower town. The service from check-in to check-out was efficient, warm, and highly professional.I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting Quebec City—it truly delivers a 5-star experience!
We stayed at the Hilton Quebec for two nights from July 5, 2026, and had a wonderful experience.nnThe hotel is located on a hill, offering breathtaking views of Quebec City. The scenery from the upper levels was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay.nnOur room was also exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable.nnAlthough the swimming pool was quite crowded, our children had a great time and really enjoyed it. We also spent some time in the hotel’s game room, which was a fun addition to our stay.nnNot every staff member was equally friendly, but the service we received in the Executive Lounge was exceptional. Ms. Szczepek and a blond gentleman with curly hair I’m sorry I don’t remember his name were especially kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their outstanding hospitality made our trip even more memorable.nnIf you’re planning a trip to Quebec City, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The beautiful location, spotless rooms, excellent facilities, and memorable service made it a fantastic experience for our family.
Honestly, our stay was fine overall, and we were happy with the room in the end. However, the only concern we had was our experience at the front desk during check-in.nnCaroline helped us check in, and we had booked a Parliament View room. We were initially given a room on the third floor, but there wasn't really a view. We therefore politely asked if there was another room available, preferably on a higher floor.nnCaroline responded rather dismissively, saying that the third floor was what we had booked. I explained that I understood we had booked the Parliament View side of the hotel and that we were not asking for an upgrade to the highest floor; we were simply wondering if a higher-floor room was available. She then told us that if we wanted a higher floor, we should have booked an Executive room, and explained that our booking was for floors 3–15 or something.nnWhile my dad was trying to explain what we were asking for, she interrupted him and said that the hotel was fully booked. In the end, there were other rooms available, and she was able to move us to the eighth floor, which we were very happy with.nnWe appreciate that she ultimately helped us. However, the attitude we received during the interaction was disappointing especially since we were simply making a polite request. We would've taken the 3rd floor if there was no other choice. I wish the interaction had been handled with a little more patience and courtesy. It unfortunately put a bit of a damper on the beginning of our trip in Quebec.
