Room was great with a fantastic view of the river. One minute walk to the wall of Old Quebec and right next door to the provincial parliament national assembly. Got breakfast included and was much more than just your standard continental breakfast - yummy. Very friendly staff and all speak enough English to get by no problem. Only down side was the outside of the windows was pretty dirty. I know it's Quebec City and it's cold, windy and salty, but maybe clean the windows in the spring and fall. We were there in March.
It is a wonderful hotel well located across from the Legislature and near the old town. The service at the desk and restaurant was fantastic, but my room never got cleaned from the guests that were there before the carpets had a bottle cap, lots of debris, etc. Other than that, the service was topshelf and staff was very helpful.
The Hilton Quebec offers an excellent environment with clean and tidy rooms, plus a large TV. But the highlight is definitely the breathtaking view from the window—you can overlook the entire Old Town and the St. Lawrence River, and it’s absolutely stunning. If you’re considering staying at this hotel, make sure to book a high-floor river-view room—it’s totally worth the price!nnThe staff were very friendly and provided thoughtful guidance on how to park. The location requires a short walk to the Old Town, but it’s entirely manageable. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!
The room was nice with a really beautiful view. Room service was also on par. We tried the bar and restaurant and the service was great and so was the food. Breakfast was great. Checking in and out was also quick.
The room and the view is amazing. Everything was pretty good until today’s morning when I was ready to have my breakfast in Hilton. At first a waiter led me to an empty table nothing was on the table. When I returned from getting my breakfast I noticed a hat appear on the table. I sat down ready to wait for the owner of the hat and politely asked him to change seats. When the owner of the hat arrived he displayed aggression and stated that the table was his. I was angry because the waiter just told me to change my seat. Why should I change not him? I even got a paper on the table that has my room number on it. How does not having anything on the table mean that someone is occupying the table? Besides, it was the waiter's assigned seat for me. That's proper discrimination. Although my breakfast charge was discharged. My day is still been ruined. Thank u Hilton!
