Hôtel Manoir Victoria

We cannot express our gratitude for such an amazing experience. Here for a birthday weekend, it went off without a hitch. Extremely attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Bernard an absolute favorite, but everyone was wonderful. Rooms were perfectly kept, quality of products exceptional. Pillows: heavenly. Breakfast at the buffet was excellent, valet parking on point— pay for the parking you won’t regret it. If you’re looking at hotels, this is the one.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious, staff was very friendly and the location is perfect walking distance to restaurants. We went to visit the German Christmas Market and all in all it did not disappoint. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Somewhat renovated city hotel. The rooms are modernized and very clean. Bathrooms could use a refresh but were large like the rooms. Large rooms are unusual in a city.nValet staff very nice. Front desk staff nice but most things were a no. No you can't use the microwave. No you can't purchase the dinner package. Etc. But overall this is a good choice in old Quebec and very good location. They also have an indoor pool.

A comfortable hotel in a great location. Beds are superlative and bathroom is spacious. Nespresso machine provided but not a bathrobe. Pool is small and not very deep - the pool area could use more chairs. It seems like there are only stairs 2 flights from street level to lobby. The lobby is very modern and welcoming to hang out.

The rooms are a bit dated and very dark. It's unfortunate that you can't open the window for fresh air. The room smelled heavily of cleaning product and musty air each time we entered. The staff are all incredible. The location is perfect. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious. It just needs a refresh in the bedrooms to make them brighter and more modern looking. Plus, some additional airflow to reduce the stale air.
