The day we came was on a Saturday and it was one of the hottest days. Their AC broke and it was not a fun time. Inside was crazy hot and they put us next to a booth with the blazing sun through the window. The food was just ok. They never give you the right amount of sashimi! I hate places like that. If I order 40 pieces just give it to me. So we ordered multiple times and they added mango sauce around it for plating! I wish they wouldn't because it tastes so bad. They focus too much on the presentation. The cooked items were just ok. I would not come here too often. There is nothing special and they're not loke how they were a couple years back. The menu has shrank and the quality went down since the pandemic.
Been to this place a couple of times over the past few years and it kept getting worse and worse. It used to be pretty good before pandemic but the quality of food and service has gone down significantly lately. The place smells bad, the washroom is disgusting and the sashimis tasted kinda weird. Would not come back again.
Environment looks good but there's the very strong garbage smell in the restaurant. And I don't know when I ask them to get some hot tea they are gonna charge. Actually the sushi restaurant serve the hot tea for free. The food quality just Ok. Sashimi is thin. Serve is not enough.
Can u beleve this is elite party tray spending over 80. I have ever had sushi taste and quality bad like this in my life. Taste sour not even defrost sashimi, smell spoiled. 5 ppl left over that much of sushi. I don't really care how it look like, I understand this is all u can eat, but if your company thinks that this is take out must be care more bit not giving such a bad quality food for new years eve.
I’ve been visiting this Japanese AYCE restaurant for many years. Sashimi is always fresh and lots of choices! Price is affordable.
We went on weekday evening, only few customers. Extra charge for refillable pops. The hot dishes are better than sushi and sashimi. Table is big enough to put all items.Food: 4/5
Have to give a bad comment as the experience is awful. Washroom was terrible and disgusting. From the pictures you can see the food compared with their menu- that’s total different item. Serve speed could be various- some times it come fast but there is chance you will never get what ordered
I came in family day, no enough server, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! serve food to wrong table. Terrible raw beef:frozen, thick, no flavor. Won't come again. Bad management lead to bad service. Salmon has bad texture and white, they aren't seem fresh
Went there yesterday for early dinner buffet. Food was decent as everything we ordered on the iPad came, eventually. The service for sure was lacking as they just seemed understaffed. They would drop of the dish and rush to get to another table. Even when getting the bill they took forever to acknowledge us which delayed other guest for seating. There wasn’t any dish that we ordered was outstanding but generally decent!
Pretty good, only complaint is that a fruit fly was circling our table the whole time.
