I rarely give 5 stars but this place is great! Quality food prepared with care at a reasonable price. Virtually impossible to find this combination anywhere these days. I love their classic breakfast! Today I had it with an almond milk flat white with whipped cream. The flat white looks a bit small but it’s the perfect portion. Good staff. I suspect it’s family-owned?. It’s a small place to dine-in so I’d suggest you go early to get a spot.
So enjoy the lunch there. we ordered a pasta and a green tea souffle. Both were so good. The staffs there were very friendly and polite. Me and my friend do enjoyed our lunch there. We definitely will go again and recommend this cafe.
I’ve been here 3 times, and their quality is still remain the as good as usual. Server is very attentive and helpful when ordering, and very considerate on serving as well. I like their Pork Belly croissant, karaage is delicious as well. The soufflé pancake is fluffy and tasty, I like it as they are not too airy that you felt like you didn’t eat anything after it.
Really enjoyed brunch here. The wait to get a table was about 15 minutes. I ordered the smoked salmon croissant, the creme brulee souffle pancakes, and Earl Grey tea. Everything was delicious; however, my friend's order which was submitted and confirmed online for some reason did not show up in the system. When we did ask someone about it 30 minutes later, the servers quickly resolved this and entered her order. Overall I would come back again and just double check all of the orders with the server as soon as they are placed.
Cute little place for brunch with friends. I wouldn't come here on a weekend, it'll be very difficult to get a seat. Everything we ordered was delicious. I just feel the chicken portion was a bit too small, the waffles could be cooked longer. They were way too soft and a bit mushy for my liking. My first time tried souffle so I don't have anything to compare with. It was not my favorite thing.
very nice Bruch and coffee. Super tasty and fresh. But they need to improve their service. We wait for almost 30mins. We ask them for reason, and they said we haven’t order yet, there maybe something wrong with the online order. But during the waiting time, no one come to ask and serve. So this maybe a little disappointed for us. They can improve it and that will be better! The food is amazing of course.
Located in a very small plaza and customers were fighting for parking spots with few more restaurants there. First time to try this Japanese style cafe. Cozy and clean. Great Earl Grey Latte and Flat White. We ordered the Matcha Red Bean Souffle Pancakes. They tasted pretty nice and had prefect amount of sweetness. Warm, soft, fluffy and jiggly. Service was ok and it was a bit slow. Overall experience was good.
Been here on a busy Sunday morning with no reservation. The wait time was about 1 hour so we gave up. Joined the wait list in person earlier and got the table finally. Food is beyond expectation. Coffee is nice. Dishes are not expensive total about $20 pp including drink and desert.
A few friends and I went for brunch on Jan 2. We got there around 10:30am and it was already pretty packed with people. Luckily they had a table for us pretty quickly. Their menu is kind of like Japanese fusion and the flavours are pretty interesting though the menu is a bit on the smaller end. I got their mochi waffles and it wad served with blueberries, whipped cream and caramelized bananas. Even though there was no sauce for the waffles, the flavours from the fruit and the cream really brought everything together. The waffles themselves were dense but still light and definitely filling. I would definitely come back again to try their pancakes and souffles 30 min wait. Pricing wise they were pretty affordable. The waffles were $15 and they give a 10% discount if you pay cash.
Where do I start. The reason for low rating start at extremely slow service time. All the good morning mood is gone by the time they bring actual food. I feel like I’m fasting in the morning. 2 stars for nice staff and taste ok food. Their chat latte is great. But a disappointment - they serve in a paper take out cup. I never mind to pay for food.. as long as it’s worth it. The food is really average and overpriced compared to local similar restaurants. For example : Cafe bon bon The wafu carbon pasta is way too oily. They put onion, sesames and cheese to top it. To be honest nothing special .. why is it $20? Recommend to reduce the portion , it’s too oily anyways and charge less per dish The chicken and waffle - chicken is well fried and waffle taste fresh. It is a really good dish. However .. The sauce tho .. bad fusion! It’s not sweet enough for you to mix with bitter . If you want to infuse yuzu / sake anything bitter / lighter then you need to make it sweeter. To end things even worse. You can’t pay by visa card? If you decided to go cheap on payment method Then why charge the premium price for very average food and bad service …
