The service and atmosphere here is awesome. The waitress is very attentive and helpful to our question and request. We ordered the seafood tempura and the lobster rolls. They are all delicious, just that the skin for tempera is too soft that needs a bit of improvement. Will come back to try other dish for sure.Food: 4/5
Came here about 2 months ago when they were newly open. Was planning to pay another visit to see improvement but still don’t get the chance. Here is what my comment on my first visit: Food is good, can tell that chefs had put in their hearts to cook the food; but the karaage isn’t authentic Japanese Style, it’s more like Taiwanese style popcorn chicken. Tempura was tasty and crispy. We ordered K3 sushi combo, it supposed to come with Geoduck but it wasn’t on the plate, the fish are fresh but rice tastes blend; it is a waste for the whole piece of sushi if either fish or rice is not in good condition!!! Service was good, server is very attentive but they have to know their menu better, be more knowledgeable in order to upsell customers in professional way. Atmosphere was not so bad, it’s very spacious but the paper crane on the ceiling is a bit disturbing. I questioned about it and realized it was handmade by the owner, I totally understand the effort and the heart that was given; so I suggested some ideas don’t know if they changed it. But it’s really distracting when the wind blowing the paper crane on the ceiling with the spot light, it felt like the light is flickering and it’s hard to enjoy the meal. I bet the owner should have sit there and experience on their own to feel how it feels as a customer.
Tried this spot on a whim. Originally this location used to be a ramen spot. The food was surprisingly decent for a sushi restaurant owned or operated by Chinese. I generally find the quality isn't there. The sashimi was fresh, slices were fairly sized and presentation was good. The soft shell crab fried rice was also delicious. The grilled squid was fair. I wasn't a fan of the hot pot, not cause of the quality but more so the flavor. Had a sweetness I didn't like. Staff were quick and attentive, restaurant was clean and not cramped. The only thing I didn't like was the paper cranes above the table. With the light shining through the paper cranes dangling above and the circulation of air in the restaurant, it felt nauseating like a light flickering. Overall it was a good experience and fairly priced.
Average food. Wait staff needs to know their menu if they tried to upsell customers.Food: 3/5
Spacious and bright dining space. Service was attentive. There's a large selection of items and with the soft opening it's 20% off. The rolls were large and the filling was good, the salmon wasn't that fresh though. Seafood udon was generous in toppings which was amazing - salmon in the udon wasnt good. Tempura was crispy. I would come and try the sukiyaki for 2 next time.
This is a new restaurant sushi that will be soft opening on June 6th. It is offering a 20% discount on cash payments. It has also taken over the Konjiki Ramen space. I came here over the weekend and saw a tonne of people inside getting it ready. Can't wait to try it on opening day and will update my review. Update: The restaurant is still offering a 10% discount if you pay cash. The decor is amazing. The rolls are very large. The service is excellent. We got the $65 party tray.
5 star service, foods are good and worth the price, urchin taste a little bitter and size are smaller than I expected, and the Chinese songs was a little out of the atmosphere, and no alcoholic drinks no sakes to combine the dishes which makes the experience less than perfect. We will come back until you update the LLBO service.Food: 4/5
Decided to try this place out and it's very good.Food: 5/5
EXTREMELY SLOW. It took over 40 mins to receive our order. In addition, we didn’t even receive all the types of fish as listed on the menu no eel?. Table beside us ordered the same menu item but with different types of fish. Would not return.
One of the best sushi place in the area, everything we tried was good, for the first time in a while when a restaurant has everything FRESH and good . Also the prices are very very reasonable. I recommend for everyone to try at least. The staff is very friendlyFood: 5/5
