Annette Community Recreation Centre

I can only speak to the weight room as that’s the only facility I use when I visit. It’s not fancy but it does the job and typically not too busy. There is a smith machine, free weights, a couple treadmills/other cardio, and some machines. No bench press or squat rack if you are looking for that.nnOnly complaint is that the weight room could use a good dusting and cleaning. At the end of the day it's very affordable and you get what you pay for.

The weight room is small but offers everything you need. The staff are quite friendly!

Nice little pool around 25m with a warm temperature and a couple of benches around the sides. Only setbacks are the lack of lockers in the changing room and a small adult lane swim schedule, but otherwise it's a great place to swim. The receptionist at the front was very helpful and answered all 100 of my questions. It was $66.00 for 20 swim passes.

It's a clean and pleasant place. But I did not like the idea of interfering with the booking system managed by the city program so well. I was told that the pool management will not let me use the second half hour slot that I had booked has been unilaterally cancelled by the Annette pool management.
